Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Worldie XI: Football game account and the data associated with it.

Option 1 — Delete in the game

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Send an email to zonedev9x@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" and include your player name and country flag as shown on your profile (and, if possible, a screenshot of your profile). We confirm receipt within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You do not need to have the game installed to make an email request.

What gets deleted

• Your anonymous authentication account.
• Your public profile: player name, flag, avatar, frame, titles and statistics.
• Your friend list, friend requests and private messages.
• Your entries in Daily Quiz rankings and Daily Tournament results.

Rooms you played in with other players (Quiz and League rooms) and their chat are shared with those players; your entry there is anonymised and these rooms expire automatically.

What we keep, and for how long

• Purchase records — Google Play keeps order records under its own policy; we keep order IDs and product IDs only as long as required for accounting, refunds and fraud prevention.
• Aggregated analytics — anonymous, aggregated statistics that contain no identifier and cannot be linked back to you.

Everything else is removed permanently and cannot be restored. Dice and Unlimited Pass time you still hold are forfeited without refund.

Before you delete

• Deletion is irreversible. There is no way to recover progress afterwards.
• Purchases are not refunded by deleting your account. For refunds, contact Google Play support.
• Deleting the app from your device on its own does not delete your online data.
